Hi Angela
I am glad you had success using the clairefontaine pastel mat using coloured pencils and also tackling a new subject, well done. The UKCPS go to these shows, to promote all the different ways you can use the coloured pencil and encourage people to have a go. Also to show that coloured pencils are a serious contender in the art world, as you already know.
So again well done and keep drawing. Kind regards David.

Met you at Patching's, spent just 10 minutes with you, you inspired me to have a go animals using my pencils on pastel mat paper, I had only done botanical drawings with the pencils until then. My first attempt has turned out to be the best piece of work I have ever done, so thank you so much for that.
